Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act. Submission is that allegation of commission of firearm injury is against the named accused. No specific overtact is alleged against the petitioner. Co-accused-Bisnu Shankar Kumar @ Bisnu Shankar Kumar has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 16.10.2020 in Cr. Misc. No.23664 of 2020. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Mr. Umesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel opposed the prayer for bail on behalf of the informant.

No.6850 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ara Muffasil Police Station Case No.136 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
