JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 59617 of 2017. It has been submitted that petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time as he was suffering from chronic jaundice.

In such circumstances, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35553 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 dated 19.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 59617 of 2017. Let this order be communicated to the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Nawada, in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 78 of 2017.
