The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with GRP P.S. Case No. 120 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 20(B)/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 4 Kg ganja from the possession of the petitioner while she was apprehended by the police, while she was coming out from the Bhagalpur Railway station.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the quantity of ganja recovered from the petitioner is much below the commercial quantity, as specified under the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, hence , there is no impediment in releasing the petitioner herein on bail. Moreover, the petitioner has no

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with G.R.P.S. Case No. 120/19/ NDPS Case No.10/19.
