Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 37 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners were exonerated by the police after completion of investigation, but the Court below has taken cognizance differing with the final form submitted by the police and also considering the protest petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
