2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarhwa P.S. Case No. 118 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution story, the allegation against the petitioners is that they killed the daughter of the informant, thereafter the dead body was buried in a deep dig and salt was sprinkled all around them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53895 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they are separated to each other since long.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and the materials available in the case diary, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
