Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018 registered under Sections 414, 401, 467, 468 and 471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was apprehended during the vehicle checking by the Police as he was found in possession of a stolen motorcycle. Submission is that the petitioner purchased the motorcycle in Rs.5000/- from other co-accused and the petitioner is in custody for last two months; whereas the learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has also one antecedent of similar nature.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39183 of 2018(3) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail three months after framing of the charge.
