2. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 516 of 2023 registered under Section 411, 413, 414 and 401 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have been caught stealing motorcycle. Subsequently, the stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 25.04.2023. He is also accused in two more cases under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51655 of 2023(2) dt.19-08-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completing one year in custody and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K. Hat P.S. Case No. 516 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit K.hat Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station could be result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.

8. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial at the earliest.
