The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with for the offence registered under Sections 2(e),3,5 and 13 of Bihar Mahua Phul Niymwali and Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
