That this is an application to quash the order / resolution dated 7.12.2019, by which the Respondent No. 7 has been appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika by the selection committee under Shahpur Gram Panchayat."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11878 of 2023(2) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
