The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal code and Section 30(a), 38(1), 38(2) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.05.2018 in connection with seizure of 22.5 liters liquor. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he has remained in custody for more than one and half months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
