JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 120B of the I.P.C.
Accusation is kidnapping three years child of the informant. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation to the effect that he carried the child to some destination.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner took the child on the instruction of the mother of the child.
Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere.
Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that during investigation the conduct of the mother of the victim
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
