This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 280 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is the main assailant of the deceased. In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
