2. Respondents have filed show cause along with the
Patna High Court MJC No.1669 of 2022(4) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 documents Annexure - E which is relevant for the purpose of examination whether the respondents have complied the orders of this Court or not.
3. We find, prima facie, there is compliance to the orders of this Court. Accordingly, present MJC - contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the action of the respondents which are placed on record through show cause, in accordance with law and before appropriate forum.
