JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to include the petitioner's Rice Mill namely Devraha Rice Mill in the panel of the list prepared for milling the paddy received at the procurement centre by the Bihar State Food Corporation in term of the action plan of the Government of Bihar.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents to allot works of milling in terms of the action plan of the Government of Bihar.

(iii) For the other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.5006 of 2016 dt.15-02-2018 submits that it will suffice if the petitioner is permitted to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation, Sone Bhavan, Bir Chand Patel Path, Patna (respondent no. 3) with a fresh representation for redressal of her grievances raised in the present writ petition, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.

4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation, Sone Bhavan, Bir Chand Patel Path, Patna (respondent no. 3) for redressal of her grievances. If any such representation is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously and preferably within a further period of eight weeks thereafter in accordance with law.
