JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(e). To quash set aside the order communication vide letter no. 329, Mohania, dated 10.03.2021 issued by the Executive Engineer (respondent no. 6), Minor irrigation Division, Kaimur, Mohania whereby and whereunder relieved the Petitioner from the work (Annexure-P/12) in the light of direction mentioned in the petition.

(f). To direct the respondents to regularize the Petitioner who is/was working as chaukidar of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17974 of 2021(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 department since 01.04.1982 at the office of minor irrigation department in the light of order issued vide letter no. 639 dated 16.03.2006, letter no. 2143 dated 15.06.2020, letter no. 4131 dated 16.10.2020, Memo no. 10710 dated 17.10.2013.

(g). To direct respondents to give entire consequential benefit to the Petitioner taking into the work was done by the Petitioner as work charge employee."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
