JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the First Information Report, it appears that allegedly, occurrence took place when the informant was demanding for repayment of the money which he had given to the petitioners as loan.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no specific allegation of overt act so far these petitioners are concerned, causing specific injury.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51438 of 2014 (2) dt.14-05-2015 In view of the genesis and nature of the case, let petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Jogapatti ( Sanichari) P.S. Case No. 210 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
