The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, registered under Sections 379, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner was caught red handed stealing motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that He is custody since 15.03.2018 and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the fact being apprehended red handed with stolen motorcycle therefore, bail of the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35987 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 rejected.
