The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pirpainti P.S. case no. 53 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2018. Learned counsel further submits that the police has already submitted charge-sheet on 10.05.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after 13.08.2018 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35133 of 2018 (4) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainti P.S. case no. 53 of 2018.
