2. This writ application has been filed for the following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the arrear of salary of the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the arrear of salary of Rs. 12,16,533/- with interest from M.L.T. College, Saharsa.

(iii) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the arrear of salary of Rs.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11725 of 2023(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/3 2,37,161/- with interest from S.N.S.R.K.S. College, Saharsa.

(iv) For issuance of an order direction or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the total arrear of salary of Rs. 14,53,694/- with interest from both M.L.T. College, Saharsa and S.N.S.R.K.S. College, Saharsa.

(v) For any other relief(s) to which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this regard, petitioner has already filed a representation on 05.07.2022 before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura (Respondent No. 3) but till date, no action has been taken by the respondents.

4. In view of the nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura (Respondent No. 3) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Registrar, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura (Respondent No. 3) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a
