JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ------------ 16-02-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.7 submits that the impugned notification dated 18.05.2009 (Annexure-4) was the subject matter of challenge in CWJC No. 952 of 2011, but that writ petition was dismissed by order dated 28.01.2011. LPA No. 287 of 2011 filed against the order of the learned Single Judge was also dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court by order dated 05.07.2011. He has produced the web copies of the aforesaid two orders, which are kept on the record.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.20312 of 2010 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 the petitioner, the present writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
