Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majorganj P. S. case no. 349/2014 registered under sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Although petitioner is named in the first information report but general allegation of assault has been levelled against him. Informant has sustained simple injury which is evident from annexure 2 to this petition.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Majorganj P. S. case no.
