The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 406, 323, 354(A) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, the petitioner is wrongly getting the amount of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojna on the forged basis on a piece of land of the informant and further allegation is that the named accused persons abused him and threaten to kill him.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits petitioner and informant are family members of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61016 of 2021(4) dt.25-07-2022 2/2 the branch of their common ancestor. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 367 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
