JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 29-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37716 of 2014. It has been submitted that in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 37716 of 2014, in the cause, title of the case, the father's name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Birendra Rai" in place of "Surendra Rai" and due to which, similar mistake occurred in the order dated 29-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37716 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 37716 of 2014 in course of the day.

Accordingly, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 29-01-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37716 of 2014 is modified to the extent that in the cause, title of the order, the father's name mentioned in the order as "Birendra Rai" be read as "Surendra Rai".
