The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 162 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his younger sister was married to Ashok Mahto the petitioner on 15.05.2015.
