JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 The petitioner along with others had applied for being considered for being appointed/engaged on the post of Anganbari Sevika at the concerned centre. A merit list was prepared in which the petitioner was placed at serial No. 3. The candidates at serial Nos. 1 and 2 were not selected for the reason of their academic qualification certificates being forged and fabricated. In that event, the petitioner ought to have been

The process has remained inconclusive till date. Hence the present writ petition.

The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to file a suitable representation before the C.D.P.O, Benipatti, Madhubani (respondent No. 6) within a period of four weeks from today, who, on receipt of such representation, shall look into the matter and pass necessary orders in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from today. Needless to state that all the concerned parties shall be heard before any order is passed within the time frame prescribed.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
