JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-07-2016 Pursuant to this Court's order, dated 21.07.2016, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda, is personally present in Court.

It has been submitted in his presence by learned Standing Counsel No.19 that the petitioners shall be paid all dues/arrears consequent upon death of their father on 29.09.2013 after having superannuated from the post of Medical Clerk from Sub-Divisional Hospital, Hilsa, with effect from 31.03.2009, within a reasonable time, if the petitioners

submit succession certificate and other required documents. Considering the stand taken on behalf of the Civil Surgeon-Cum-Chief Medical Officer, Nalanda, this application is disposed of with a direction that if any one of the petitioners approach him within one week from today, asking specifically as to what are the documents which are required to be furnished by the petitioners for sanction and grant of post retiral dues/arrears in their favour, the details shall be given to him/her forthwith.

It is further directed that once the petitioners submit the documents and informed by a Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical officer, Nalanda to one of the petitioners, in terms of the present order, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical officer, Nalanda, shall ensure that the payments are expedited and all dues are cleared within a period of four months thereafter.

This disposes of the application.
