For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Shambhu Nath, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Nand Kishore Prasad (App) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2016 The petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the private Opposite Party no.2 by order dated 16.2.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 2nd, Gaya in B.P. No.160 of 2014/1994 of 2014 in connection with Magadha Medical P.S. Case No.136 of 2014.

On going through the records of the case, I do not find any justification for cancelling the bail of the private Opposite Party no.2, who happens to be father-in-law of the petitioner and hence, the application stands rejected.
