Though, the present petition has been filed complaining regarding non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 28.01.2019, passed in CWJC No. 16112 of 2018, however, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to the

Patna High Court MJC No.2768 of 2019(3) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 show cause filed in the present case to contend that the Director, Primary Education, Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 15.04.2021 and in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may challenge the same.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the aforesaid order dated 15.04.2021. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
