2. It is the petitioner's grievance that his raiyati land has been utilized for public purpose, i.e., for installing Solar Light Plant without paying him any amount of compensation by the respondents.

3. The pleadings on records, are completely vague.

4. In any case, the petitioner could have approached the Public Grievance Redressal Officer under the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 by making appropriate

Patna High Court CWJC No.14490 of 2019(2) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 application, in accordance with the provisions under the Act. If the petitioner approaches the Public Grievance Redressal Officer within one month from today, the Court expects that the same shall be expeditiously disposed of.
