2. Having regard to the fact that in all these three writ applications, the grievance of the petitioners is one and same and that the marching orders by way of transfer from Patna to Chhatisgarh is contrary to the decision taken by the Director General of C.R.P.F. dated 08.09.2014 and they being the disciplined members of the Force have already complied the order, this Court would still direct the authorities to examine the grievance of the petitioners in the light of the aforementioned decision.

3. Thus, if the petitioners would file representations regarding their grievance as also enclosing a copy of this order, the competent authority shall take an appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Let it be noted that for the time being, this Court has
