4. Petitioner No. 1 mother-in-law , petitioner No. 2 is brother-in-law and petitioner No. 3 is brother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault against these petitioners and have no concern with affair of the couple . Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
3/5 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate , Biraul, District - Darbhanga in connection with Kusheshwarsthan P . S. Case No . 60 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. RE:-CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS No. 52590 of 2023
