The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on protest being made for abusing the informant the co-accused Humayun and petitioner no.1 Md. Auranjeb opened fire though no injury was caused to the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation suggest that the accused had no intention to

Considering the nature of accusation and no injury caused to the informant, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No.25 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
