The petitioner is named accused in Neema Chandpur P.S. Case No. 89 of 2020 registered under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is already an accused in connection with Neema Chandpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2014 under section 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Specific allegation amongst other the petitioner herein is that he opened fire injuring the neck of the informant.

As per the order sheet of the learned Sessions Judge that part has been fully supported by the witnesses in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60653 of 2021(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 course of the investigation.

Taking into the specific allegation that has been levelled against the petitioner herein, this Court for the present is not inclined to grant any relief to him and as such it is rejected.
