2. As per the materials on record, it appears that the formalities required to be completed by the authorities have already been done and sanction order as well as the authority issued in his favour. However, the petitioner is now required to complete the required legal/paper formalities before actual payment is made to him.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not been in touch with him.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the concerned authorities that as and when the petitioner completes the required formalities, payment shall be made, if already not done, without delay.
