JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No.50 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the conduct of the petitioner whereby he obtained appointment as a contractual teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents and, thereafter, he is trying to obtain pre-arrest bail on a plea of having resigned from service as back as on 10.07.2014 whereas the learned court below in its
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35863 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 order dated 23.02.2017 has observed that the petitioner is putting pressure upon the Principal of the Middle School, Karrara by filing applications on 20.01.2015 and 06.01.2016 for allowing him to join, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
