The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.68 of 2022 registered under Sections 148, 153, 186, 353, 427, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Public Property Act, 1984. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case being the owner of the vehicle. He also submits that the fine imposed by the authority has already been deposited before the Transport Department, Bihar through e-challan as is evident from Annexure 4 to the supplementary affidavit.
