The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the F.I.R that the petitioners mercilessly assaulted the informant causing external bleeding for demand of rangdari, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
