Supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 and it has specifically been pleaded that all the dues of the petitioner have already been recalculated and sanctioned by different orders.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that actual payment has not been made to the petitioner as the A.G Bihar, Patna has not issued authority slip as yet but the aforesaid

Patna High Court MJC No.4459 of 2014 (17) dt.03-01-2018 2/2 submission is countered by the learned counsel appearing for the A.G submitting that the authority slip has already been issued. Considering the aforesaid submission of the parties as well as facts of the case, this petition stands disposed of giving direction to the A.G. Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 6) to ensure the issuance of authority slip of the petitioner regarding her entire dues if the same has not been issued as yet. The authority slip must be issued to the petitioner within three weeks from today, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh contempt petition before this Court.
