Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013 registered under Sections406, 419, 420 and 367 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, the petitioner and the informant are full brothers and they have amicably settled their dispute. Taking into consideration the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, the petitioner named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7057 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 154 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
