Nobody appears for the State despite valid service of notice.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P. S. Case No. 27 of 2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 209 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that on completion of investigation, the police submitted final report and differing with the final report the learned Magistrate took cognizance of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35771 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Rajoun P.
