This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Kargahar (Barahari) O.P. P.S. Case No. 137 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and also considering the fact that both the sides have suffered injuries, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

No.61704 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Kargahar (Barahari) O.P.
