The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. According to the prosecution case the allegation against the petitioner is that after taking wine he went to the hospital and abused the doctor and also threatened him of dire consequences. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is patient of the doctor. The doctor was pressurizing him to come to his private clinic and that is why some dispute arose. The FIR was lodged after four days of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner after taking wine went to the hospital abused the doctor,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7111 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
