The petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2018 in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 55 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation against him. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons has been granted bail by the Sessions Judge, Begusarai in A.B.P. No. 841 of 2018. The petitioner's case was rejected earlier. The Court below has again rejected the regular bail application of the petitioner.
