For the reasons stated in application read with the affidavit and in the interest of litigant order dated 03.07.2024 passed in Civil Review No. 297 of 2023 stands recalled. Hence, the Civil Review No. 297 of 2023 stands restored.
2. Registry is hereby directed to put up the same
Patna High Court MJC No.2380 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest.
3. The present MJC No. 2380 of 2024 is allowed with cost of Rs. 2000/-. Cost shall be remitted in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Accordingly, the present MJC No. 2380 of 2024 stands allowed.
