2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is accused in 18 cases and not in 20 cases.

4. As per the prosecution case, Two criminals were caught and one criminal escaped.

5. From the two criminals, country made pistol, live cartridge/s etc., were recovered. They have named the petitioner as their accomplice who has fled away.The petitioner is accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53830 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 in 18 cases and is in jail since 20.01.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
