JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State as also heard learned counsel appearing for the /informant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014 registered under Sections-448, 323, 341, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Admittedly, there is case and counter case between the parties and prior to institution of this case, civil litigation is going

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10592 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 on between them. Moreover, all the four injured persons appear to have sustained simple injury, said to be caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let petitioners named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 160 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
