The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have committed forgery in order to help the interested party on account of which, some discrepancy occurred in the injury report of Parinay Kumar.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is 4th grade employee in D.M.C.H., Darbhanga and only on suspicion, he has been made accused. As a matter of fact, petitioner has been made escape goat in this case only to save the skin of real culprit. Injury report is prepared by doctor and it is he, who can be held responsible for the discrepancy, if any. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50767 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S.
