This application has been filed for quashing of the F.I.R. bearing Bihta P.S. Case No. 502 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024, registered under sections 467/468/471/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, informant alleged that in her mother name, 341.5 decimal of land were purchased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55956 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 through sale deed. After death of her parents, her cousin, nephew and others co-accused persons under conspiracy trying to grab the land by preparing forged agreement for sale. It is further alleged that from perusal of forged agreement for sale the stamp of Rs. 100/- was issued in the name of Sudhir Kumar dated 19.11.2005. After enquiry through RTI, it was found that no stamp of Rs. 100/- has been issued. It is further alleged that all the accused persons with intention to grab the land prepared forged document and also threatened to kill us. 4.

Serious allegation have been levelled against the petitioners, this Court finds no ground to interfere and quash the F.I.R. in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Neeharika Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. Vs. State of Maharashtra and others reported in (2020) 10 SCC 118, this application is dismissed.
