Learned counsel submits that the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of salary from August 2014. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has been regularly working but without any rhyme and reason, petitioner has been denied salary.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Programme Officer (Establishment) Jehanabad to examine the record and verify whether the petitioner has actually worked after August 2010.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20825 of 2014(2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 After verification of record if the appointment of the petitioner is found to be legal and valid and the petitioner has actually worked for the period August 2014 onwards, he shall ensure payment of salary. Final decision for payment of salary may be taken within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
