JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to revoke his suspension, which order was passed on 08.06.2017 as also for a direction to enhance the subsistence allowance in terms of Rule 10 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to approach the authority concerned for enhancement of subsistence allowance in terms of Rule

Should such an application be filed because of the suspension order remaining operative for more than twelve months, the concerned respondent shall pass an order in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.

The petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
